Once we have received confirmation of payment we will start working on your order. Your order will take around 3-5 days to reach you if you live in one of the major centres (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria). Orders to regional areas 40km plus, outside of the areas as listed above will require 2-3 days extra.
Our geometric glass is hand-crafted and made to order while our plants are sourced fresh from the local farms so please allow us time to put your order together. Trust us, it's worth the wait!
If you require your order earlier than our standard 5-7 day lead time please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Earlier delivery or weekend delivery will incur an additional charge depending on the urgency of your requirement.
If we have notified you that your order is on the way please contact us for tracking details (if we haven't sent you the details already). You can use the tracking information to determine when your order will be delivered. Please insure that the address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
While we endeavor to get your order right to you we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details and encourage you to contact us in advance if you suspect that there will be any issues with the receipt of your delivery.
If you received items that were damaged during transit or if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your order, provided you log the return within 72 hours of delivery so we may investigate the cause. Please send a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will gladly replace it, or refund you pending the outcome of the investigation.
If you unhappy with your purchase please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org">email@example.com along with a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason why you would like to return your order within 14 days of your purchase. Depending on the circumstance we will then make the necessary arrangements for the courier to collect the item from you. We will refund you the cost less the return courier fee. Please note that payments can only be refunded to the original payment method. This means that if an order was processed using a credit card, the refund is applied to that same credit card. If you cannot access the payment method, you will need to contact your relevant payment company to claim your funds.
If for some reason you have changed your mind about your purchase you may cancel your order up to 3 days following a placed order as long as the item has not been shipped. You will receive a full refund. If the item has been shipped you will be required to pay for the return shipping fee. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org">email@example.com
All our geometric glass planters are made with solder which may show signs of oxidation over time. While you cannot prevent the process of oxidation we can limit it with a little bit of maintenance and care.
- If you see signs of oxidation use a little Brasso to polish the solder seams. Do not leave the Brasso polish to dry on the solder.
- Do not leave the geometric glass planter outdoors - exposure to outdoor elements like rain and direct sunlight may speed up the oxidation process and ultimately lead to rust.
- Glass is fragile, please handle the planter with care and place it on a stable surface.
